Our lead inspector and owner, David Dion, is a renowned home inspector based in Phoenix, Arizona. David established Whole Home Inspections in 2015, has performed thousands of home inspections throughout the valley, and is committed to upholding the highest standards in the field. He is also certified by the American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT), InterNACHI Member and Certified Professional Inspector, further emphasizing his dedication. Joe Bower (#52572)
Joe Bower brings a wealth of experience to the table. Starting his career as an apprentice union carpenter in Orange County, California, Joe moved to Arizona in 2005 to work with Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s largest residential builders. In 2011, he achieved certification by the State of Arizona as a home inspector. With over 13 years of hands-on inspection experience under his belt, Joe has meticulously examined thousands of homes throughout Phoenix and its surrounding communities. His extensive understanding of home construction and various intersecting components gives our clients a unique perspective and comprehensive understanding of their homes.
