We had, what I consider a very thorough home inspection for a house we were considering purchasing. We received a full summary with pictures as well as a shorter brief one. David Dion, the inspector was great with an added oral detailed explanation for us. He also gave his personal recommendations for contractors we could talk to for the home issues. Joe was very patient, and helpful pointing out various areas of concern. Whether it was easy DIY areas, or serious concerns, he made sure I understood every aspect. Also, when I had a question AFTER the inspection, Joe called me back and answered my last minute question. I will use this company in the future as they really took the time to walk me through everything. Since I haven't done this in 20 years, I appreciated the helpful and personal service.
